The law on legalising unpermitted buildings is in force.

Since 14 August 2025, buildings built without a permit or against the approved design can be legalised (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 91/2025). The first step is a correct, verified survey report; without it the building cannot be entered in the cadastre.

Laser scanning of buildings

The scanner records a building and its ground as millions of points with coordinates. From that we make a 3D model, sections, façades or a volume calculation, and we do not have to go back to site for extra measurements.
